Configuration Process

    1. Sandbox: This is the testing environment, invisible to customers, where we can run all necessary tests until the integration is complete.

    2. Live: We will activate this environment once the payment method is fully configured and functioning.

  1. Enter the username and password provided by seQura.

  2. In the General Settings section

Allowed IP Addresses: When working in Sandbox mode, only the IP addresses in this field will be able to see seQura integrated on the page. Add the IP and press Enter to confirm it.

Excluded Categories: These are WooCommerce product categories where we do not want to offer seQura as a payment method.

Excluded Products: These are specific WooCommerce products where we do not want to offer seQura as a payment method.

Enabled for Services: Available if your contract permits the sale of services.

Countries: Select the countries where SeQura payment methods should be available. For each available country, add the ID provided by seQura for that country.

Alternative price selector: CSS selector to retrieve prices for variable products.

Alternative price detection: CSS selector for cases where we want to select an alternative price for the product.

This option allows you to select the CSS selectors for the price and location in the product list. The widget will be added below the location selector of each product displayed in the list.

Visual material (sliders, logos and texts)

If you want to create a personalized banner or slider, you can use the images and logos. These images and logos are in PNG and SVG format, in order to give flexibility in the design and make it as close to your design as possible.

2.4 - TEST PURCHASE (SANDBOX)

Important
We recommend doing test purchases (in Sandbox environment) before setting the Live credentials up. Thus, both parts (the e-commerce platform and Sequra) can make sure everything is working correctly.
Remember that the minimum amount to make a test purchase with the “Part payment” payment method is 50,00€.

We recommend the following procedure:

  • Making sure you completed the previous aspects of this manual.

  • Make a test purchase and all the tests you desire.

    1. In Sandbox environment you don’t receive a SMS. The validation code are the 5 last digits of the phone number you used in the previous step.

  • You can use our dummy credit card:
    Card number: 4716 7730 7733 9777
    Expiration date: 12/30
    CVV/CVC: 285

2.5 - REQUEST LIVE CREDENTIALS

Once arrived to this point, after installing and testing the payment methods and the visual elements, it is necessary to contact the Sequra integrations department in order to verify everything is working correctly.

You can simply reply to the email address that sent you the Sandbox credentials and documentation. You can also contact us through our Technical Support Portal for any request.

When the integrations department finish the revision, they will send you back an email with the Live credentials and the instructions to set the module to the real environment.
