OPENCART - INSTALLATION - EN

Step-by-step installation guide

  1. Go to OpenCart admin panel → Extensions → Extension Installer and upload the ZIP file from that screen.

  2. Go to Extensions → Modifications and make sure that "SeQura Payment Methods" appears in the list. Also, ensure that these changes are applied by clicking the orange button (Clear) and then the blue button (Refresh) at the top right of the screen. 

  3. Install the payment methods. Go to Extensions → Payments, and you’ll see three new methods in the list: "SEQURA - Invoice", "SEQURA - Part Payment", and "SEQURA - Core". You need to install all three by clicking the green button (Install) next to each one.

 

  1. Configuration of "SEQURA - Core":

    • Click on its blue button (Edit) to access the configuration page for "SEQURA - Core". Fill in the following information:

      • User:

      • Password:

      • Merchant ID:

      • Assets key:

      • Mode: Sandbox

      • Allowed IPs: You can keep the existing ones and add yours, separated by a comma

      • Order status: The status you want for orders paid with SeQura

      • Shipped orders status: The status for shipped orders

 

  1. Configuration of "SEQURA - Invoice"

  • Status: Enabled

  • Max amount: We recommend 400, at least initially

  • CSS selector for the slogan: Depends on the theme being used

 

  1. Configuration of "SEQURA - Part Payment"

  • Status: Enabled

  • Min amount: SeQura won’t accept amounts under €50 for installment payments

  • Max amount: We recommend 10,000

  • CSS selector for the simulator: Depends on the theme being used

  • CSS selector for the price: Depends on the theme being used

 

  1. Install layout modules:

    • Extensions → Modules and install "SEQURA - Invoice Slogan" and "SEQURA - Part Payment Teaser". No configuration is needed; they use the same settings as the payment methods.

 

  1. Add the modules to the layout:

    • Go to System → Design → Layout. Click Edit on the "Product" layout. Add the two modules you just installed, "SEQURA - Invoice Slogan" and "SEQURA - Part Payment Teaser", in the "Content Bottom" position.
