Configuration “SeQura Payment Services”

The first step is to set SeQura Payment Services” up.

Data

  • "User name", "Password", "Merchant ID" y "Assets key": these are the parameters sent by SeQura together with the module and the documentation, and explained in the previous page.

  • Identify SeQura orders by: the method used to identify the orders in the SeQura backoffice. The most used is “Reference”, but if your Prestashop uses customized references, we recommend using “ID”.

  • Working environment: select Sandbox if you are working with test credentials or Live if you are using real credentials.

  • Enable for courses/services: you should ONLY activate it if you are using SeQura for education or services.

  • Service end date/period: leave empty if you are not using services. Only if you sell services in your site, you should introduce the default end date or the period. If you have different end dates or periods in some products you will be able to specify it in its configuration page. The default one introduced in the module will apply to those which don’t have a specific one in its own configuration.

  • Allowed IP addresses: sets which IP addresses will be able to see SeQura services. I.e. only users whose IPs are in this field will be able to use SeQura. This option is designed to hide SeQura while we are installing setting the modules before we go into production. The default IP will be the one used to install the module. Leave the field blank to show the service to everyone.

  • First payment delay: it should only be activated if you contracted it. Otherwise, it will not work.

  • Allow setting part of the first payment in advance: it should only be activated if you contracted it. Otherwise, it will not work.

  • Exclude categories: the categories in this field will not be allowed to be purchase with SeQura.

State configuration

  • On review: you shouldn’t modify this field. By default will be: “SeQura: on review”.

  • Approved: by default will be “SeQura: approved”. You can change it to the state you use to mark other payment methods' orders as approved.

  • Canceled: by default will be “SeQura: canceled”. You can change it to the state you use to mark other payment methods' orders as canceled.

Risk configuration (**Only for those shops with the SeQura card payment method**)

  • Low risk: select the state desired for those orders evaluated as low risk by SeQura.

  • Not evaluated risk: select the state desired for those orders evaluated as low risk by SeQura.

  • High risk: Seleccionar el estado que se desee para aquellos pedidos pagados con tarjeta que han sido evaluados como alto riesgo por SeQura.

Shipment reports

Every night, the module will send us a report with the orders that have been shipped so we can start to manage our operative procedures such as disbursements or sending the buyer the payment instructions. If you disable this option, you will have to manage the order shipments manually through our backoffice https://simba.sequra.es.

  • Automatic report sending: allows to activate / deactivate the automatic sending of the report.

  • Hour: select the hour in which the the report will be sent every day.

  • Minute: select the minute in which the report will be sent every day.

Cancelation synchronization

  • Inform SeQura about cancelations: select if you want to activate or deactivate the automatic synchronization of canceled orders..

  • Consider canceled orders with state: select which state will be used to notify SeQura that the order has been canceled.


Configuration “SeQura Checkout”

The default configuration should already work with the Prestashop version you are using.

This section will show what payment methods you have contracted and enabled.

General widget settings

  • Price CSS Sel.: the CSS selector to indicate the widgets what is the product price.

“Buy now, pay later” widget settings

  • Place CSS Sel.: CSS selector to indicate whereabouts in the product page the widget will be added.

  • Widget visualization params: format for the widget. If you leave it empty the widget will adopt its default format (see 2.3 - INTEGRACIÓN VISUAL)

  • Show banner in home page: select if you want to show the product banner “Buy now, pay later” in the home page.

“Part payment” and “Split in 3” widget settings

  • Place CSS Sel.: CSS selector to indicate whereabouts in the product page the widget will be added.

  • Widget visualization params: format for the widget. If you leave it empty the widget will adopt its default format (see 2.3 - INTEGRACIÓN VISUAL)

  • Show banner in home page: select if you want to show the product banner “Buy now, pay later” in the home page.

  • Show installment amount in product listings: activate / deactivate the widget in the product categories.

  • Show installment amount in shopping cart page: activate / deactivate the widget in the shopping cart popup thumbnail.

  • Show installment amount in mini cart summary: activate / deactivate the widget in the shopping cart page.
