Plugins Setup

Once are installed, we can access to the plugin setup from the Admin Backoffice in Magento 2. 

  1. Access to plugin configuration from Stores → Configuration.



  2. Then, on the side menú, click on Sales → Payment Methods.


The first step is to setup the module with the basic information:

  1. "Merchant Ref", "User", "Password" and "Assets Key": these parameters have been provided by SeQura by email and have been explained before.

  2. Test IP addrs: this field establishes for which IP's our plugin is active. So, only users using these IP's will see the SeQura Payment Methods during the payment process. This option is the best when you are integrating or testing steps and before going live with all the ecommerce users. By default, it contains the IP from the device that has installed the plugin, and our IP. When you want to set the SeQura Service available for everyone, you will have to leave it blank.

  3. Mode: SeQura working mode, sandbox or live.

  4. New order status: State used by approved orders by SeQura.





Payment Methods Configuration

In the same section we will have available the methods:

  • Buy Now, Pay Later.
  • Part Payment.
  • Split in 3.



Their configuration options are:

  • Enabled: if the method has to be activated or not.

  • Show logo: if the logo has to be shown or not in the checkout payment method.

  • Title: the text to be shown for that payment method in the checkout.

  • Max order amount: Max limit amount for which the payment method can be shown in the checkout.

  • Min order amount (only in Part Payment): Min limit amount for this payment option is being showed in the checkout. (Note: SeQura only allows orders since 50,00 € for this option).
