Create a request
In the Portal, you can create a request for technical inquiries or contact the support team in case of any issues.
Access the Portal website.
On the main page, you can use the search bar to find help documentation for various questions. If you want to get in touch with us, generate a request by clicking on the option ‘Need to create a request? Contact us.’
Select your website platform.
Choose the option that best fits the inquiry for which you need assistance. (If you don't see the options in your language, you can modify your profile this way.)
Fill out the form with the necessary information to manage your inquiry. You can attach screenshots that you deem necessary for handling the issue. Click 'Submit' to finalize your request.
Once your request is received, you can track its status at any time through the portal. You will receive notifications to your portal account email whenever there is an update on your request.
