Portal Access
If this is your first time using the Technical Support Portal, here are the initial steps to follow:
Access the Portal website, where you’ll be asked for your login email.
For the first time only, you’ll need to register with the email address from which you'll manage all your tickets. Enter the email and click 'Next'.
To add a password to your account, click the 'Register with password' button.
Go to the inbox of the email account you just registered; you will have received a link to confirm your registration. Click the 'Sign up' button in the received email.
Enter your full name, choose a password for portal access, and click the 'Sign Up' button to complete the registration.
